Experience

Scott Randolph is an experienced real estate executive with nearly 20 years of experience in property acquisition, disposition, project design, financing and development, marketing, market analysis and leasing in the highly competitive Washington, DC market. With an extensive background supporting the leasing requirements of building owners/landlords, Scott brings a valuable and unique perspective to implementing Cresa’s integrated real estate services.

Professional Experience

As a senior associate at CB Richard Ellis (now CBRE), Scott’s major clients included Atlantic Realty Companies, Chevy Chase Land Company, Guardian Realty Investors, and JP Morgan Chase, amongst others. He was recognized in 2004 for completing the DC area’s largest real estate transaction on behalf of Chevy Chase Land Company, a 202,000 SF pre-lease for Mills Corporation (now Simon Property Company). Subsequently, Scott was named Director for Cushman & Wakefield where he negotiated transactions totaling approximately 500,000 square feet with an aggregate lease value in excess of $300 million for clients including EG&G Technical Services (now part of AECOM) and Comsys.

Most recently, Scott spent nearly eight years at Transwestern in Bethesda, Maryland, representing various local and national ownership entities and tenants totaling over 1.5 million square feet with an aggregate lease value in excess of $1 billion.

With a commitment to avoiding industry conflicts, Scott’s transition to Cresa in early 2017 provides his clients with clear dedication to tenant advocacy while focusing on providing strategic solutions designed to maximize organizational functionality, workforce productivity, and financial and risk mitigation.
