Cresa San Antonio was established in 2007 to serve business clients in the 7th largest city in the United States.  Cresa is the largest commercial real estate company in the U.S. focused solely on tenant representation.  Representing tenants, not landlords, allows us to avoid potential conflicts of interest.  We help design strategic solutions to manage our clients’ real estate.  Minimizing operating costs and maximizing space utilization are the desired outcome for our clients.  Cresa San Antonio has completed some of the largest deals in the market most every year since our inception.
