Clayton Thomas has 25 years of experience in Facilities and Project Management, with extensive experience overseeing and directing multiple facilities projects for many clients globally.  Prior to joining Cresa Salt Lake City, Clayton was Senior Campus Care Manager at, where he oversaw a 19.2 acre campus and other sites around the US.  Prior to joining Overstock, Clayton held Senior-level positions with other large companies, such as, and Workday. Clayton’s focus as Senior Project Manager is on helping companies with their projects, from design to overall completion and move in.  He understands the importance of attention to detail in all projects he oversees and seeks out the best value based on a companies goals and objectives.
