He has a successful track record of advising clients through complex lease transactions, with a focus on life sciences, healthcare and professional services industries.

Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College in 2000 and attended St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH prior to that.
Paul has been on the board of directors of the Boston Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) since 2017. He is currently an active member of Bowdoin College and St. Paul’s School Alumni Associations.
