Ross has been working in the North American commercial real estate industry since the early 1990's. His experience includes time in the United States, Toronto, and Vancouver. After working for some of the world's leading real estate service providers in a knowledge leadership position, Ross joined Cresa in order to be closer to corporate users and help businesses leverage their owned and leased real estate into a competitive advantage. His vast knowledge of real estate markets combined with industry knowledge, makes his service offering unique in the marketplace. Ross has worked with some of North America's largest owners and occupiers of real estate in both a consulting and leasing capacity. Ross is a Vancouver native and has strong ties to Toronto, the U.S, and U.K.

Ross' personal edict is very straightforward - "truly understand the client, understand their business, listen to what they're saying, and make sure you understand their "hot buttons", and then be unrelenting in the pursuit of getting that client into space that will help their business thrive". To help procure premises that fully meet the business needs for today, and perhaps more importantly, tomorrow. Success is not about the real estate, but the outcome it facilitates, and the future it creates."

Ross has published hundreds of reports, articles, and blogs during his career and has been quoted in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, National Post, New York Times and the Globe & Mail newspapers. He has also appeared on CNN, CBC, Global TV, CTV, BNN and is regularly called on to speak at industry events.
