André Granello, managing principal of Cresa’s Houston office, was recently named to the 2019 Heavy Hitters list by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top office tenant advisors in the city.

The HBJ selects the city’s most productive commercial real estate brokers based on their gross dollar volume of deals completed the year before representing six different categories — office tenant, office landlord, industrial, retail, land and investment.

To be eligible, all brokers must be based in Houston, but deals completed outside of the city were included to calculate total production.

Earlier this month, Granello was awarded the Cresa Chairman Award as one of the company’s top producers last year, having established himself as one of the company’s most consistent earners and helping deliver one of Cresa’s strongest years in which the firm completed 3,500 transactions comprising 58 million square feet across 1,000 cities globally.
