Bio

Damon’s focus is working with clients to develop criteria that determine their real estate needs currently and into the future. By looking at various industry trends and company-specific goals to create a clear set of objectives, Damon has been able to successfully achieve flexibility as well as cost savings for his clients. His strengths lie in strategic planning, financial analysis and evaluating options for clients on an economic basis as well as a cultural basis to determine best case scenarios. Damon has leased over four and a half million square feet of office space since joining Cresa. He is currently a Managing Principal for the Calgary and Edmonton offices of Cresa.

Real Estate Sector Advisory Committee:
Currently working with the Calgary Economic Development on the City of Calgary's Greater Downtown Plan. As the lead of the Post Secondary Sub-Committee, Damon's focus is on increasing vibrancy in Calgary's Downtown core by looking to create a student housing community as well as create a greater presence of post-secondaries in the downtown core.

Damon received his accounting designation in 2001 and is a CPA, CGA and working in the accounting industry from 1997 to 2000 before transitioning into commercial real estate. In 2017 Damon completed his broker designation from the Real Estate Counsel of Alberta (RECA)  and is currently the Broker of Record for Cresa Alberta.
