The Marketing Associate supports Cresa’s Marketing Hub and reports to a Senior Marketing Manager who oversees the service. The Marketing Hub is a corporate resource that assists Cresa’s North American offices with their local marketing deliverables, primarily, and headquarters initiatives, as needed.
Ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or a related professional services organization. Duties include supporting multiple offices through production of local market surveys, tour books, flyers and more; and supporting pursuits with proposal and presentation content, as needed.
Content arrangement, copy writing, and copyediting is expected. This role interacts with graphic designers on a regular basis and candidate must be able to express clear instruction on transposing data into an intuitive story for clients. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) is required. Experience in CoStar or ArcGIS is a plus. There will be a skills assessment during the final stages of interview.
Essential duties and responsibilities include performing the following in close collaboration with local offices and in alignment with Cresa’s brand standards.

- Offering memorandums
- Lease diagnostics
- Proposal/presentation content organization
- Back-end website updates (Sitecore)
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must be thoroughly adept with a number of computer programs, including MS Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite. In addition, individual has an aptitude and ability with new software and relational databases. Must be self-motivated, extremely organized and possess the ability to efficiently manage time and priorities effectively. Must be an independent thinker with ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
Education/ExperienceMust possess a BA in marketing, communications or related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably in commercial real estate or related professional services industry.
OtherMust have a high level of attention to detail and responsiveness during work hours as this position requires an ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must perform quality and timely work with a team-player attitude. Must maintain open and consistent communication with Senior Marketing Manager.
Job StructureThis position is for full-time, remote work. Office hours are based around a typical Eastern Standard Time workday. However, since the Marketing Hub works across multiple time zones, flexibility in and adjustments to work schedule is expected to accommodate deadlines.
