Client Objectives
FOH Productions and Roadcase shared a space which they were quickly outgrowing. Due to the varied needs of each business, but with a desire to be housed under the same roof, their new space required accommodations for the company headquarters, racking, paint booths, wood manufacturing and distribution.
Results
Cresa partnered with FOH/Roadcase to find and build a space that would accommodate their office, racking, and manufacturing needs. Cresa coordinated the design and construction team as they navigated through the city’s stringent requirements for wood manufacturing and achieved an expedited completion. The new space allows FOH to improve production and showcase their culture.
