Cresa Wins at RED Awards 2019

AZ Big Media hosted the annual Real Estate and Development (RED) Awards on March 6th at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs. Cresa Project Management was awarded Best Office Interiors project for their involvement with the Indeed.com regional office expansion project. Cory Shepard lead this project on behalf of the Cresa Project Management Team. Other distinguished partners included the General Contractor Novo Construction and Architect Corgan.

Cresa was also runner-up for Best Capital or Tenant Improvement project for The Grid. The project team consisted of General Contractor Alexander Building Company and Architect Corgan. The building is currently occupied by ABI Multifamily’s coworking space and Gridworks. 

The Real Estate and Development Awards is the largest commercial real estate event in Arizona, honoring the brokers, architects, contractors and developers of notable commercial development projects throughout the state for their top projects in 2018. Hundreds of nominations are considered for a RED award, and award recipients are voted on by selection committee members.
