Bill has over 30 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience in local, national and international environments. He specializes in complex real estate transactions that typically involve a significant level of strategic planning and financial engineering to execute on. Bill is well-versed in managing the process of complex assignments to obtain internal consensus within the client organization as well as to execute to the desired objective.
At Cresa, Bill is actively involved in the strategic direction of the company, both locally and nationally. In Denver, Bill shares responsibility for the leadership and management of the office in long-range planning, finance and administration roles.

Bill received his MBA from the University of Denver. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Illinois State University.
At Cresa, Bill is actively involved in the strategic direction of the company. In Denver, Bill shares responsibility for the leadership and management of the office in long-range planning, finance and administration roles. He is also responsible for the development and growth of the Portland office, founded in 2015.
In 2014, Bill was elected to Cresa's Board of Directors. He has previously served as a member of the Finance and Strategic Services committees and as both Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Strategic Leadership Council.
Outside of Cresa, Bill is an active member of Financial Executives International, CoreNet and the National Association of Realtors. He was awarded the Costar Power Broker Award in 2017 and the Denver Business Journal recognized him with a C-Suite Award in 2018.
