Partial Interest in Grisby Square Retail Center Sold

HOUSTON, TEXAS – June 26, 2013 – The Houston office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm recently closed the following transactions:

Half of the 19,000-square-foot retail center Grisby Square located at 302 Stafford in the Far West retail submarket, has been sold to Hospitality USA for an undisclosed amount. The transaction, which did not include the buildings where Lupe Tortilla and Muir Fine Arts Gallery are housed, does include the remainder of the property which comprises Ginger Thai Spice and Watson’s House of Ales. Steven Heal, a vice president with Cresa Houston represented the property owner, Holt Partnership, owner and operator of Lupe Tortilla. Jaime Blake with Hospitality USA represented the buyer.
