Office & Industrial Leases Negotiated by Cresa Houston in 4Q'12

HOUSTON, TEXAS – February 13, 2013 – The Houston office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, closed multiple office and industrial transactions in the fourth quarter of 2012:

Cresa Houston negotiated for Locke Investments, a concrete product manufacturing company, leasing approximately 27,500 square feet in the Santa Fe Business Park in the Gulf Freeway/Pasadena submarket. Chase Spence represented the tenant in this transaction. The landlord was represented by Scott Wilkerson of Garver Real Estate Investments [INDUSTRIAL]

Whitco Supply, a growing supplier of pipe, valves, and fittings to customers on the Gulf Coast, signed a 23,160-square-foot renewal at 4820 Blalock in the Northwest Inner Loop industrial submarket of Houston. The tenant was represented by Barrett Gibson and Jason English of Cresa Houston, and the landlord was represented by Steve Hazel of Insite Realty. [INDUSTRIAL]

Riverstone Equity Partners, an energy and power-focused private equity firm, expanded by 2,800 square feet to 10,370 square feet at Wells Fargo Plaza in the CBD submarket. The tenant was represented by Tom Ford of Cresa Houston. The landlord was represented by Bonnie Kelly with CBRE. [OFFICE]

ASL Global Logistics, an international freight forwarder and customs broker headquartered in Houston, relocated and leased 7,562 square feet in 18207 Chisholm Trail in the N. Belt West/Greenspoint submarket. Farrar & Ball, a law firm of trial attorneys, has renewed its 7,510-square-foot lease at 1010 Lamar in the CBD office submarket. Unique Mindcare, a health and wellness company, signed a 6,111-square-foot lease in 1776 Yorktown in the Galleria/Uptown submarket. The company relocated from 1900 St. James in the same submarket. 1675 Brittmoore, an industrial building in the Northwest industrial submarket, has been sold to a user for an undisclosed amount.
