We worked with Cresa’s India team on a project to consolidate our operations to a larger, company-owned facility in Bangalore, India. The project was challenging; its details included a lease vs. buy study and researching and shortlisting micro-markets that could support our long-term goals. Nature of Assignment: IMS Health sought to consolidate its facilities in Bangalore. The project called for a state-of-the-art facility that met international standards and was in close proximity to their existing facility.

Value Add: We used database to identify facilities across the Bangalore South micromarket best suited for IMS’s needs. Our market survey presented the best of Grade A facilities and included each property’s benefits and disadvantages. IMS was able to make an informed decision based on the immediate occupancy, economics viability, location and infrastructure. The acquisition was completed in a record four-month period.
