Michael Whitten has spent all of his career in commercial real estate exclusively representing tenants on both a local and national level. He believes in building long-lasting client relationships, always looking out for their best interests, while taking a personal interest in the success of their company. With a hands-on approach to every transaction, he is able to create valuable economic outcomes, while providing a fully integrated approach to real estate users.

With expertise in lease transaction, negotiation, dispositions, subleases and site selections for both office and industrial users, Michael is able to counsel his clients from start to finish in the real estate life cycle.  As a pure tenant advisor, with a breadth of knowledge across various industries, he is able to develop effective real estate strategies that complement each individual business plan. After spending nearly four years with Fischer & Company, Michael has joined the Cresa team to work in a collaborative team environment which values are guided by the simple principle of “Do the Right Thing.”
