Cresa Montréal was founded as Cowper Corporate Realty Advisory CRA Inc. in 1998. The firm has represented the interests of a wide variety of Montréal corporations, professional firms, and not for profit organizations in new lease, expansion or renewal negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions.

With our exclusive tenant representation and user/occupier focus, Cresa Montréal has developed strategies and processes used in negotiating optimal results with the utmost of creativity and flexibility. The Montréal Metropolitan Community is Canada’s second largest office and industrial real estate market, comprising a total rentable area of more than 96 million square feet of office space and 351 million square feet of industrial space.  Montréal has a vibrant Downtown office market comprising slightly more than 52 million square feet, as well as several significant key suburban or peripheral markets both on and off the island of Montréal.
