Madhur Malhotra, SIOR, MRICS brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to Cresa and currently works as a Managing Principal based out of Delhi NCR in North India.  With expertise in Corporate Real Estate , Negotiations & Deal Structuring, Built-to-suit transactions, Sale & lease back and Lease buy back negotiations, Development & investment joint ventures,  Relocation and Portfolio Consolidations, he brings great value to the company. He has previously worked as an Executive Director at Indus Global and prior to that lead the corporate real estate function for Johnson Controls GWS division in South Asia and managed the transaction management for clients like IMS Health, Motorola Solutions, Motorola Mobility, Chemtura Chemicals, Agilent Technologies as well as the JCI account for the South Asia region. He also handled transactions and real estate services for other dedicated JCI clients like Bharti, Fiserv, Via, MMCo etc covering their transaction management, portfolio management, strategic planning, asset management and lease administration services. 

Madhur is currently focussing on tenant representation business, transaction and lease management, project management and workplace services as well as driving the overall strategy of the company. His knowledge of pan India real estate market and exposure to not only the corporate/tenant side but also to the landlord side is a unique combination found very rarely in the market.

Prior to JCI GWS, Madhur lead the sales & marketing functions for large developers like Shapoorji Pallonji and Ansal API. Apart from Real Estate firms, he has also managed sales & marketing for large corporates like Hughes and NIIT. 


Madhur is a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR, USA) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, UK).


Madhur is a B Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University and passed out his MBA in 1999
