Professional Experience

Most recently, Matthew was the designated Research Analyst for The Washington, DC Economic Partnership (WDCEP) whose mission is to promote and support economic and business development in the District of Columbia. Specifically, Matthew was responsible for providing and analyzing data used for small business attraction initiatives, as well as the compilation and production of WDCEP’s annual Neighborhood Profiles and DC Development Report publications during his three-year tenure.

Prior to WDCEP, Matthew served as the Assistant Project Manager for the Treasure Island Development Authority in San Francisco.

Personal Interests

Matthew is enrolled as a part-time MBA student at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and is scheduled to graduate in 2017. In his free time, Matthew is an avid runner and is a two-time marathon finisher.
