His experience has included managing the real estate needs of numerous global companies such as Universal Studios, IAC/Interactive Corp, and eBay. Locally, Dave is a recognized leader in the Los Angeles media and technology sector, representing hundreds of emerging and middle market companies.

Dave has served as the project leader on several large assignments including Dollar Shave Club, ZipRecruiter, ZEFR, Jam City, Trailer Park, eHarmony, Fandango, Game Show Network, Initiative Media Worldwide, Lifetime Television,, NBCUniversal, North Los Angeles County Regional Center, Connexity, The Honest Company, The Rubicon Project, The Weather Channel, Universal Music Publishing, Universal Television Group, Vivendi Universal, and VUG.

Dave received his B.A. degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Dave has served on the nominating committee for Deloitte Technology Fast 500, the nominating committee for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, the selection committee for socalTECH 50, and the Awards Selection Committee for Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA). He is a member of the Mayor’s Council on Technology & Innovation, Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA), Res Publica Society at Claremont McKenna College and is a Board Member for the Westside Family YMCA.
