Jonathan is a trusted advisor to medical groups, health systems and corporations for their real estate strategy and portfolios. He founded and is Co-Chair of Cresa’s National Healthcare Practice Group. Over the past decade, Jonathan has been involved in the negotiation of more than 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate with transaction values of over $500 Million; including the largest office deal in Bergen County in 2017. As a result of Jonathan’s real estate expertise, financial background and strategic advisory, his healthcare clients have streamlined their operations, reduced their costs by millions of dollars, mitigated risk and optimized their portfolios. Jonathan is also highly involved in the Wharton Healthcare Management Alumni Association and is an avid golfer.
