Ryan Stewart, Advisor in Cresa’s Atlanta office, focuses on occupier representation for industrial users. His expertise lies in lease acquisitions, owner user purchases/sales, and build-to-suits. Prior to going into brokerage, Ryan served for 2.5 years as a research and financial analyst for Cresa where he developed a thorough knowledge of the dynamic Atlanta Industrial Market. While serving as an analyst, Ryan was recognized as one of Cresa Global’s Rising Stars in 2021. Ryan takes pride in finding his clients space that allow their businesses to flourish operationally while also achieving an economic advantage over their competitors.
