Professional Experience

As a political science major at Howard University, LaMean began his career in a support role at the Library of Congress in the Office of Workforce Diversity, where he received wide recognition for his work implementing new minority outreach programs. LaMean began his sales career with AT&T Mobility where he achieved over $1 Million in product sales annually, securing his rank within the top three sales consultants for the DC regional market for three consecutive years.  Most recently, LaMean served as a Territory Sales Manager for CoStar Group in Washington, DC, where he continued to rank amongst the top sales representatives and was responsible for listing, marketing, and assisting in the sale of commercial properties ranging from $100,000 to $15,000,000.
