Lauren H. Berkey, Vice President, Corporate Services, for Cresa Washington DC, is responsible for managing corporate global accounts, currently L3 Technologies. Former clients include BAE Systems North America and PAE. Her responsibilities include transaction management, portfolio management and strategy. During her 10+ years, Lauren has contributed to over 400 transactions and 4 million square feet including: regional consolidations, relocation of headquarters, contract-contingent requirements, portfolio optimization, dispositions, build to suits, and national site selection process including economic incentives.  Lauren’s experience with corporate accounts, and primarily government contractors, spans a variety of asset types including office, industrial, manufacturing, lab space, and mission critical facilities.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Cresa Washington DC, Ms. Berkey worked with The Mills Corporation in Arlington, Virginia, assisting the Group Vice President and the Specialty Leasing team. She started her career as an Assistant with Arlington Economic Development which inspired her to pursue a career within the corporate real estate industry.

Personal Interests

A native of Annandale, Virginia, Lauren resides in Great Falls, Virginia, with her husband and kids and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
