Laredo Energy Moves Headquarters to CityCentre

HOUSTON – June 19, 2014 – The Houston office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, recently closed the following transactions:

Laredo Energy, a privately held company involved in the acquisition, exploration, and development of natural gas and oil reserves in Texas, is relocating its headquarters to CityCentre Four, signing a lease for the final 11,574 square feet available in the new 120,052-square-foot, Class A building. André Granello, Managing Principal, and Gary Lawless, Vice President, with Cresa Houston represented Laredo Energy. Norris Conference Centers, a Texas-based company specializing in the hosting of events, meetings, and trade shows at its facilities across the state, renegotiated the lease for its 16,380 square-foot Westchase location at 9990 Richmond. Freeman & Curiel, a full-service engineering firm for the oil, gas, and power generation industries, renewed its lease for 11,819 square feet in Northwest Crossing III at 13105 Northwest Freeway.
