Kelly Branch graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Construction Management and brings over 10 years of experience in the construction and development industry.  In the 4 years since Kelly joined the Cresa team he has managed the construction of over 2,750,000 square feet of build to suit industrial space.  In that time he has also managed several office and industrial tenant improvements ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet.  These projects involved oversight of design, construction, and vendors, as well as coordination with utility companies and municipalities. 

Over the course of his career Kelly has worked on projects from various sectors including class A office, industrial, hospitality, higher education, and hospital projects.  These projects include tenant improvements, build to suit projects, occupied building expansions, and occupied remodels.  His ability to negotiate, his attention to detail, and his ability to manage has saved millions of dollars for clients over the course of his career.
