Kansas City

Cresa Kansas City is a unique market positioned between two states, and tracks office space trends in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our office specializes in tenant representation, lease expansions, renewals, site selection, sales, and dispositions. Kansas City offers a diverse mix of businesses and this typically reflects a stable real estate market.

The Kansas City office is led by Dan Durkin, a principal with a tenure in excess of 20 years in the business, and a proven track record of finding successful real estate solutions for clients in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. We continue to grow our client base, and enjoy solving the real estate needs companies face in the changing market. Whether companies seek office, R & D space or simply advice, we pride ourselves in being there for them.

Our mission is to provide customized solutions exclusively for corporate space users by offering fully integrated services that align their real estate needs with their business plans, delivering maximum cost savings and exceeding expectations.

Our vision is to be the exception in the commercial real estate industry: A company that is service-oriented rather than transaction-oriented, with advisor's who are client-focused, not deal-focused.

We are guided by the concept, "Do the Right Thing", both internally and externally. We will always do what is right for the client's best interest and put that interest before our own. We treat our clients and employees with respect, dignity and fairness in all matters.
