COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

Cresa, one of the fastest growing tenant representation firms in the United States, is seeking to hire a self-motivated real estate sales professional to specialize in office and/or industrial tenant representation with the primary function of expanding Cresa’s presence in the Greater Kansas City area.  Responsible for all elements of account development and revenue generation, including the identification, initiation, procurement, management, execution, and delivery of brokerage and corporate services to new and existing clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales and account development experience with C-Level executives (preferred).
  • Proven track record building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Master at networking - maintaining a strong presence with local and/or national companies, prospects and client base.
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet-based research.
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, appropriate Kansas and Missouri real estate licensing.
