James brings over ten years of project management experience in this field managing multiple high level capital tenant improvement projects from a tenant perspective, most recently with GraceNote (division of The Nielsen Company). Projects that James has managed have ranged in size from 5,000 sq. feet to 100,000 sq. feet. He has also managed and coordinated moves for 20 employees up to as many as 350 employees, including managing office closures and dispositions.  These successes have varied from multi-million dollar tenant improvement projects to smaller leasehold improvement projects.

These successes have involved all phases of the corporate tenant improvement process, from inception to completion. James’ expertise includes, but is not limited to: performing site assessments, creating/overseeing programming and design efforts, direct coordination & oversight of construction and general contractors, initiating & managing furniture layout and design options, space planning, restacks, and move management services. He has also been personally responsible for developing internal project plans for budgeting, tracking, and scheduling initiatives. 

All together, James’ expertise and detailed process saves his customers time and capital with proven results.
