Jeffrey Jurick, a Senior Vice President at Cresa Washington DC, is wholly committed to servicing tenants exclusively by fully understanding each client’s unique business model, goals and real estate needs. His real estate experience, coupled with his career as CEO of one of the nation’s leading direct mail companies, provides Jeff with a strong foundation to offer Cresa’s exceptional “strategy through implementation” consulting services to regional and national companies in diverse industries.

Professional Experience

Jeff began his career in the printing and direct mail industry in 1976 while working his way up from trainee for a full service printing facility, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Sales. He secured accounts with AT&T, J. Walter Thompson and financial institutions such as Citibank, Chase and Capital One. With his proven success, he started Fala Direct Marketing with his family in 1979, leading operations. 

As Fala began to grow, Jurick coordinated the leasing and acquisition of its first industrial property in 1986, a 78,000 square foot, multi-tenanted Industrial property in New York. Over 30 years owning and operating the family business, he was instrumental in the acquisition and leasing of over 700,000 square feet of industrial properties and offices.

Upon the sale of the family business in 2008, Jurick set his course for a second career in the real estate industry.  Prior to joining Cresa in 2016, Jurick leveraged his proven track record in business to successfully represent landlords and owners of under-performing properties, for whom he successfully leased over 300,000 square feet in his first two years in the industry. Jurick is a fully licensed associate broker in the states of New York, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He enjoys working with business owners who he can relate to and assist in the daily challenges of business ownership.

Among his other achievements were: 

  • Expanding services which earned the company the U.S. Postal Service’s highest honor: the U.S. Postmaster General’s “Award for Ingenuity”
  • Corporate expansion from 250 to 650 employees in response to expanding global needs and increasing space to over 700,000 square feet
  • Annual revenue growth to $75 million servicing clients including Intercontinental Hotel Group, AT&T, Chase Bank and Fleet/Bank of America, Experian Credit Monitoring and American Express 
  • Leading a $5 million photovoltaic solar panel installation in conjunction with the State of New York, resulting in a 25% reduction of energy use against an annual expenditure of $1,200,000 annually.
  • Divested national and international entities to Pitney Bowes and Citibank Venture Capital
