Jeffrey Jurick Named Senior Vice President at Cresa Washington DC

Washington, D.C.—June 27, 2016 –Jeffery Jurick has joined the transaction management team at Cresa Washington DC as Senior Vice President. Cresa is North America’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm exclusively representing tenants.

A resident of Bethesda, MD, Jurick focuses on strategic solutions that maximize organizational functionality, workforce productivity, and financial and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining Cresa, Jurick served as President of Fala Direct Marketing in Melville, NY, where he doubled annual revenue, expanded service lines, and negotiated a transaction to acquire the direct mail company’s first real estate facility in the mid 80’s. During this time, Jurick was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Earnest and Young. He then entered the commercial real estate industry, serving as Director of Real Estate for Premier Commercial Real Estate in Woodbury, NY. Most recently, he served as Associate Broker for Real Estate Strategies, LLC in Jericho, NY, where he focused on office leasing and property acquisition.

Jurick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, where he is an active supporter of the Whitman School of Business in recruiting new students. He was a 20-year member of Young Presidents Organization, Metro Chapter, an active member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association, Chairman Emeritus of The Children’s Medical Fund of NY, (the fund raising arm for the Cohen’s Children’s Hospital on the campus of Long Island Jewish, Northwell Health). His family is a founding member of the 100th Ronald McDonald House of Long Island. Additionally, he is currently a Trustee on the Northwell Health’s Board of Trustees for the past 18 years.
