Since Jim Byrd’s entry into the commercial real estate business 36 years ago, he has continually been recognized as an industry leader, whether as one of Coldwell Banker’s leading sales people in Atlanta for several years or as president of the Dutch-based Wilma Realty Services leasing and management company.
Since 1986, Jim has specialized in corporate tenant representation, with a “who’s who” of corporate Atlanta and national clients. Whether negotiating IBM leases for 500,000 square feet, negotiating for Coca-Cola in a major strategic headquarters lease for their bottling division or helping Scientific Atlanta acquire their new 300-acre campus in Gwinnett County, Jim’s successful ability to listen, guide and help his clients implement strategic corporate real estate assignments has kept him in the forefront of Atlanta’s top tenant brokers.
As co-founder of the Atlanta office of Cresa, Jim brings his years of both development and tenant representation experience to the national and international clients upon which Cresa has built such a successful reputation.
