Client Objectives

The law firm of Iseman, Cunningham, Riester, & Hyde needed an objective third party perspective in renegotiating its lease, because the owner was a holding company comprised of the firm’s founding partners. The building was a historical gem restored to Class-A office space, but had poorly insulated windows.


Cresa Albany carried out a detailed analysis that established a fair utility credit to apply towards the firm’s rent in lieu of the building owners replacing the historic windows. Most importantly a professional, objective analysis helped maintain good relations between the founders and other partners of the firm.
