When we started Cresa in 1993, we were convinced that representing tenants exclusively was the best way to go. Not only would it give our clients the kind of objective, unbiased advice they might not get elsewhere, but it would also give us a unique offering in the real estate marketplace.
So we set out to acquire leading regional tenant representation firms, strengthening our collective capabilities to provide a broad range of integrated services that addressed the particular needs of commercial tenants across the country. Over the years, we continued to grow, merging with best-in-class regional offices, and expanding our range of service offerings in the process.
Now, as we enter our third decade, it is clear that our instincts were right. As a tenant-only firm, we enjoy the confidence of a wide range of clients who count on us to do the right thing — to deliver the kind of savvy, conflict-free service that is now deeply embedded in the company DNA.
We now have 58 offices in the U.S. and Canada, and over 800 employees, making us the largest pure tenant representation firm in North America.
