Garry Yeung

Vice President


Garry Yeung is part of the Strategic Services team in the San Francisco Bay Area.  His background in business management & architecture design allows him to use a highly creative yet analytical approach to help companies rethink and reshape the work environment.  He brings extensive knowledge of workplace strategy, user research and change management and has a proven track record for providing an analytical approach to workplace strategy development, optimizing real estate efficiencies and managing employee effectiveness.  He has experience in providing client services in strategic planning, workplace assessment, programming & design. 
Prior to joining Cresa, Garry was a Senior Associate within JLL’s Consulting team focusing on delivering workplace strategy to fortune 500 companies.  Prior to that, Garry was a Senior Consultant with AECOM Strategy+ (formerly DEGW). He has previously also worked as a Consultant during his MBA and as an Architect at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.  His past experience as a consultant, an architect, resource manager and project manager have honed skills in strategic planning, solution development, communication, budgeting and scheduling.
