Gene Sachs is a Managing Principal of Cresa Washington DC and one of the founding members of the firm, which dates back to 1988. He represents tenants in negotiations for the lease, purchase, and sale of office, flex, and manufacturing space, He served on Cresa Board of Directors for seven years during the formative years of Cresa. Mr. Sachs serves on the Board of Directors of College Tracks and the Greater Washington Community Foundation. He is a native of Washingtonian and resides in Bethesda. 

Professional Experience

Mr. Sachs advises law firms, professional corporations, associations, government agencies, and international financial institutions locally and nationally. For over 18 years, he was BAE Systems exclusive real estate advisor helping to manage their 28 million square foot portfolio.
