Job Overview
The Research Analyst is responsible for conducting complex market analysis, research and data-analytics driven projects for local, national and global requirements. The Research Analyst will have a role in business development strategy and pursuits, thought-leadership publications, as well as advisory team support. To be successful in this role, this individual will take initiative, be detail oriented, and enjoy being part of an energetic and fast-paced team


• Responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data through internal and external sources
• Works closely with the advisory team to develop and prepare regular market reports, including quarterly market reports and submarket reports
• Collaborates with colleagues on business development strategy and pursuits, white papers and other special reports related to thought leadership
• Plays a key role in preparing market presentations, including developing forecasts and recommendations to clients
• Maintains the integrity of market data used in the research function, which includes overseeing data collection, data input/verification, and review
• Addresses issues of data quality and will develop and maintain a research policy
• Monitors the research capabilities of local market competition
• Researches and recommends new programs for the maintenance of research information
• Participates in evaluating new sources and existing products
• Attends specialty meetings and presents relevant research activities
• Perform other duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Analytics, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning or Business Administration
• Minimum of one-year professional experience in real estate or related industry
• Database, data-analytics and project management experience
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
