Client Objectives
HBI International is a global distribution firm based in Phoenix AZ. Growth in their market caused HBI to look for a new facility that would allow them to continue growing to meet their customer’s demands. The combination of multiple facilities (including their headquarters office) into one location was a main focus. The client also required major exterior improvements including a secured parking area and landscape improvements.
Results
HBI engaged Cresa Transaction and Project Management in the site selection and lease negotiations to establish the best possible terms to protect the client from known and unknown building issues. Due to Cresa’s proactive approach to HBI’s requirements, Cresa managed both tenant improvements as well as concurrent exterior improvements. Project achievements included increased warehouse space, reinforced roof structure, improved product flow, new roof insulation, exterior improvements, new lighting & HVAC Systems, available parking doubled, and secured employee parking lot.
