Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Moves Manager | Space Planner to join our team and support one of our clients with their corporate space requirements. The ideal candidate will excel in innovative solutions and be committed to business excellence practices. The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and report space allocation plans, issue space allocation reports as needed using Tririga CAFM program
  • Create, maintain and provide project schedule and tasks assignments
  • Provide field site surveys to track occupancy
  • Office Move Planning and Implementation
  • Work with project manager and design team to develop project schedule solutions
  • Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
  • Conduct site observations and provide recommendations to assist with the planning of projects
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations
  • Support Workspace / CAFM Updates (i.e. move projects, seat assignments, occupancy, & vacancy)


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite required, CAFM experience with Tririga a plus.
  • Move/Add/Change Support and Move Management coordination experience beneficial
  • 5+ years’ experience as move coordinator, interior designer, facility planner, occupancy planner or space planner
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
  • Demonstrated understanding of Space Planning, Project Management and Corporate Real Estate experience
  • Process mapping knowledge to document and develop processes
  • Knowledge of systems furniture and installations to provide furniture configuration recommendations is helpful
  • Move/Add/Change Support and Move Management coordination experience beneficial
  • CAFM experience, LEED accreditation, NCIDQ accreditation a plus, but not required

Location and Compensation
