Gary Gregg

Managing Principal

Gary Gregg is Executive Chairman of Cresa Global, Inc. and the market leader of Cresa’s Arizona and Orange County regions. As Chairman, he is a key contributor to the development of organizational policies and the effective implementation of the firm’s strategic direction. As a 30-year veteran, he provides oversight, direction and guidance on highly visible and complex projects for a Phoenix-based, nationally recognized corporate portfolio account team which represents more than 70 million square feet globally.

With over 35 years of experience leading and growing real estate firms at the highest levels in the industry, Tod’s focus is continuing to invest in Cresa’s global capabilities, services, and client experience. He is passionate about Cresa’s culture and commitment to client advocacy.
