Having successfully led mid to large scale workplace strategies and capital projects, Lisa looks beyond best practices to create the optimal solutions for clients. She is experienced at navigating, listening and presenting to senior leadership and equally effective working with frontline staff and executives.
In 2019, Lisa co-founded Agile Work Evolutions Inc. (AWE) and a proprietary Workforce Analytics services-enabled software (SeS) to help clients establish flexible work environments and assess their real estate, environmental and economic impacts. AWE was acquired by Cresa in 2022 and Lisa is now Managing Principal, Workplace Solutions, helping clients globally to identify and implement optimal workforce and workplace solutions to enhance business performance.
Lisa received her Ph.D. in Management and Business Administration, cum laude, from Szent Istvan (St. Stephen) University in Budapest, Hungary and a Master in Project Management from the University of Quebec. She maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED AP) accreditation and is a Prosci®-certified Change Management practitioner.
Lisa is a published author and has served on the Boards of numerous charitable organizations, including MedicAlert Foundation, YMCA-YWCA and IMPACT. She was awarded Canada’s Governor-General Gold Medal in 2012 and a Best New Business (BOB) Award in 2020.
