E&P Company Signs 10,297 SF Lease in Galleria

HOUSTON, TEXAS – February 25, 2014 – The Houston office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, recently closed the following transactions:


McCombs Energy, a privately owned oil and gas exploration and production company, renewed a 10,297-square-foot lease at 5599 San Felipe Street in the Galleria/Uptown submarket. David Price, a Principal with Cresa Houston, advised the tenant and negotiated with the landlord directly. [OFFICE LEASE]


Centre Technologies, an integrated IT service and client-specific solutions provider offering network and consulting services to mid and enterprise size companies, recently expanded by an additional 6,807 square feet to 15,016 square feet at 480 N. Sam Houston Parkway. Gary Lawless, Jr., Vice President with Cresa Houston, represented Centre in the negotiation and Bob Seal of Oak Leaf Management, represented the landlord. [OFFICE LEASE].


Ocean Installer Texas, the US subsidiary of a Norwegian based subsea consulting, engineering and services company, expanded it presence at 1155 Dairy Ashford, signing a lease for 6,404 square feet.
