Matt Hermsen joined Flinn Ferguson Cresa in 2002. Over the past 16+ years as an exclusive occupier advocate, Matt has represented some of the Puget Sound’s most prominent occupiers in both Seattle and Bellevue, as well as Tacoma. Matt has extensive experience with facility relocations, lease renewals, expansion and contractions, subleasing, multiple market lease portfolio management, and building purchasing. Matt is a graduate of the Claremont Colleges with a degree in economics.
