Client Objectives

The existing space needed a complete overhaul which would be disruptive to complete while occupying.
The current space was inefficient in design.
The proposal to renew was not aggressive.
The overall environment was not conducive to bring in new talent.

Results

Cresa was able to provide space in a new Class A building at the same cost per square foot as the older inefficient space.
The process to relocate was started with enough time to complete the assignment on time and on budget.

We were looking for something a little bit fresher. We looked at about 17 offices, mostly in the Blue Ash and Kenwood areas because of their central location. The new location will provide what we need to continue our growth.
