Kendra’s focus as a tenant representative is to develop real estate strategies that align a company’s corporate goals and financial objectives. She takes a personal interest in each client’s business to thoroughly understand their objectives and key requirements driving a real estate decision. Her expertise includes strategic planning, site selection, lease acquisitions & dispositions, market & site analysis and portfolio management. Over her career, Kendra has represented companies of all sizes from start-ups to multi-location corporations throughout markets in Canada. Kendra is one of the Principals of the Calgary office and enjoys mentoring up-and-coming advisors.
