Upon design approval, Cresa worked with the contractor to improve construction pricing and reorganized the furniture purchasing process to provide the most competitive rates. This resulted in a savings of over $3.4 million dollars. The schedule improvements put construction back on schedule, ultimately resulting in an on-time project completion.The Cresa team continued to save costs throughout the construction process, furniture installation, and technology implementation, resulting in another $1.2 million dollars of additional savings for Houlihan Lokey.
