Remote Advisory Services

Exploring the opportunities of an advantageous remote work strategy.

Why is developing a remote work strategy so important?

As companies evaluate real estate plans in the wake of the health crisis, they will consider how to take advantage of remote work experiences – and how they can positively affect their future office space. Cresa offers tiered services to help our clients take advantage of a new culture for remote work and its positive implications for operations, human resources, finance and real estate. We will help you identify potential improvements in the key business drivers of operational productivity, talent attraction/retention and financial results.

Tiered Services

Assessing Information: Trends, Components and Process

A 60-minute webinar during which your executive team will receive information about remote work trends, components of a successful remote work strategy and a process to build or enhance an optimal plan.

Exploring Opportunities: Corporate Readiness and Justification

A virtual workshop in which your company will conduct due diligence, gain consensus and uncover opportunities provided by a holistic, remote work plan. We identify what is required to move forward and the associated financial and business justification. A roadmap for moving forward will address key precursors for reimagining the workplace and creating an effective real estate strategy.

Designing Success: The Optimal Plan

A 45- to 60-day engagement which yields a comprehensive Blueprint Plan for an advantageous remote work strategy. We begin with onsite discovery to assess corporate structure, job roles appropriate for remote work, technology, training, policies, procedures, compliance, legal and security implications. Based on the Blueprint, we assist with the launch of a pilot program, conduct progress reviews over 60-, 90- and 120-day intervals, and recommend modifications for process improvement.

As your company charts its path forward, Cresa Remote Advisory Services will help you see beyond immediate steps and evaluate critical elements of a long-term plan. Leverage this opportunity to take advantage of a new cultural acceptance for working from anywhere to re-think the way you work, collaborate and re-imagine the workplace.
