Cresa, a tenant-focused commercial real estate firm, has welcomed senior project manager Iris Foster and advisor, Dan Hicks to its Denver office.

“Adding Iris to our team was a huge win for the Cresa team,” said Bill Baldwin, managing principal at Cresa. “Her wealth of knowledge and experience has enhanced the full-service capabilities we provide our clients.”

Iris has extensive and diverse commercial real estate experience representing tenants throughout North America. Her technical expertise relates to project management, construction management, real estate development, lease negotiation and asset management, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Iris came to Cresa most recently from Red Robin where she managed 425 restaurant remodels. She has a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado.

“We always love adding qualified advisors to our team,” said Baldwin. “We believe Dan’s strong analytical ability, paired with his experience in finance and sales will set him up for long-term success. We’re excited to watch his career grow within the firm.”

As an advisor, Dan will provide successful, conflict-free solutions to office tenants while aligning their real estate needs to their business goals. Dan was most recently a residential realtor where he advised first time home buyers and trade up buyers on acquisition strategy, market conditions and offer structuring. Prior to gaining real estate experience, Dan had a background in financial services working with Fidelity Investments, Western Union and Alps Fund Services. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas Tech University.
