The Boston office is currently seeking an Advisor, Project Management to assist with the day-to-day operations and provide support to the Boston Project Managers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to support project managers in coordinating tenant improvement projects. Coordinate information both internally among team members, and externally with clients and vendors. Candidate is responsible for the following:

• Create, update, and distribute project meeting notes to team members
• Track and input correct billing information for hours and expenses
• Create, monitor, and update project schedules utilizing MS Project
• Issue and summarize RFP’s for Architects, Engineers, Construction Manager, Mover, and Audio Visual Consultants, etc.
• Develop lease outline and manages all TIA draws
• Manage project financial tracker, input vendor contracts, invoices, and change orders
• Maintain and coordinate project files and drawings
• Create furniture inventories for clients
• Create space programs
• Create fit plans via AutoCAD is a plus but not required
• Manage relocations and moving company walk throughs, inventory items moving, set up move meetings with client, move packages, signage and manage physical relocation and day activities
• Gather all close out documentation, create and distribute close out packages to Landlords and clients for all project
• Assist in managing PM interns

Education, Training, & Experience

• BS in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Planning and Management, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or related field
• Ability to work independently and multitask (estimated to be 5-10 projects at any given time)
• Proficient MS Project and MS Office Applications
• AutoCAD is a plus but not required
• Ability to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis
• Knowledge of design and construction process
