Cresa Washington DC Represents the Lupus Foundation of America in 12K SF Relocation of its Headquarters

Cresa Washington DC recently represented the Lupus Foundation of America in an 11,600-square-foot relocation of its headquarters to 2121 K Street, NW in Washington, D.C. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated services.

The Lupus Foundation of America will occupy a portion of the second floor in the 11-story, 190,458 square-foot, Class A, standalone office building.

Chris Finley of Cresa represented the tenant in the transaction. According to Finley, the new space is an upgrade from the organization’s previous location in the District at 2000 L Street, NW and offers a more efficient layout and design with building amenities including a fitness center and rooftop terrace.

Cresa has area offices in the District of Columbia; Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; and McLean, VA.
