Cresa Washington DC Represents Geneva Software in a 16K SF Office Lease in Herndon, VA

March 02, 2017 (Washington DC) – Geneva Software, Inc., has extended its lease for 16,342 square feet at 2121 Cooperative Way in Herndon, Virginia, which services as the company’s headquarters. Dennis Tapiero of Cresa represented Geneva Software, and Jerry Kilkenny represented the landlord, Brandywine Realty Trust.

Geneva Software, which provides lifecycle application solutions and software engineering services, will continue to occupy Suite 300 of the Class A building.  

According to Tapiero, Geneva enjoys its current location and decided to renew its lease to align with recent contract awards.

The standalone building features a structural glazed curtainwall that utilizes tempered glass with gray tint and visible light admittance, and it is Wired Certified Gold. Electronic service request, resource scheduling, and remote access to HVAC systems are available to tenants.

The building overlooks a lake with a walking trail and easy access to Dulles Airport, Washington, D.C., and Tyson’s Corner, VA, via Toll Road frontage. Building amenities include a conference center, fitness center, and a café.
