Cresa Houston Completes Multiple Office Leases in September

HOUSTON, TEXAS – October 16, 2012 – The Houston office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, recently closed several office leases:

 

Fusion GSS, Inc., a manufacturing services company, has relocated to 4111 Greenbriar in Stafford. The company, which leased 9,758 square feet, moved from Corporate Exchange Center located at 12502 Exchange Drive in Stafford. The tenant was represented by Tom Ford, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston, and the landlord was represented by Steve King of CBRE.

Enhanced Oil Resources, an oil and gas development company, with a principal goal of increasing crude oil production through enhanced oil recovery and infill drilling projects it is initiating in the Permian

Basin of New Mexico, has renewed at One Riverway in the Galleria area. The company, which leases 8,300 square feet, was represented by Sue Rogers, a Principal, and Jeffrey Peltier, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston. The landlord was represented by Dave Hanusa and Steve Rocher of CBRE.

Petrofac has leased 6,978 square feet of flex space in 16810 Barker Springs in the Energy Corridor. Petrofac, a leading international service provider to the oil & gas production and processing industry, with a diverse customer portfolio including many of the world’s leading integrated, independent and national oil & gas companies, is using this space as a training center. Gary Lawless, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston, represented the tenant. Clay Reichenbach with Insite Commercial Real Estate represented the property owner.

Aflac, a Fortune 500 company which provides supplemental insurance for individuals and groups, renewed a 6,000-square-foot lease at 616 FM 1960 in the FM 1960/I-45 North submarket. The tenant was represented by André Granello, a Managing Principal, and Jeffrey Peltier, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston. The landlord was represented by Trey Young with Hartman Income REIT, Inc.

Pipkin Ferguson PLLC, a civil litigation firm, has renewed its 5,721-square-foot lease at 13201 Northwest Freeway in the Northwest Far submarket. Tom Ford, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston, represented the tenant in the transaction and Trey Miller of Boxer Properties represented the landlord.

Diverse Energy has relocated to Memorial City Plaza located at 840 Gessner Road. Diverse Energy, the developer and manufacturer of clean, low cost secure power plants for the telecommunications industry, which leased 4,967 square feet, will be moving from 1001 McKinney in the CBD. David Price, a Principal with Cresa Houston, represented the tenant in the transaction and John Green with MetroNational represented the property owner.

POLARIS Laboratories®, a full service fluid analysis laboratory, has signed a 4,725-square–foot lease renewal at 10910 W. Sam Houston Parkway N. This flex space is located in the Northwest Far submarket. André Granello, a Managing Principal of Cresa Houston, and Chadd Bolding, an Advisor, represented the tenant; Darryl Noon with Windsor Legacy Park represented the landlord.

 

PV Rentals, a vehicle rental and leasing company, has signed a new 4,000-square-foot lease at 5810 S. Rice in the Bellaire office submarket. The flex building will be used as office space. Julie King, a Principal with Cresa Houston, represented PV Rentals, while Brad Kagan of Kagan Realty Advisors represented the landlord.

New Penn Financial, LLC has subleased space in Briar Forest Crossing, located at 1300 W. Sam Houston Parkway S. in the Westchase submarket. This is the first office in Houston for New Penn Financial, a residential mortgage lender. The tenant was represented by Julie King, a Principal with Cresa Houston, and Taylor Weaver, an Advisor. The property owner was represented by Rob Johnson of Moody Rambin Interests.

 

Centre Technologies, a leading IT company in network support for mid- to enterprise-level businesses based in Houston, has expanded by 1,295 square feet at 480 N. Sam Houston Parkway East in the Greenspoint submarket. The company, which now leases a total of 8,199 square feet, was represented by Gary Lawless, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston. The property owner was represented by Bob Seal of Oak Leaf Management.

General Datatech, an award-winning, Cisco Gold Value Added Reseller providing core routing and switching, unified communications, security, wireless, datacenter and storage solutions to clients nationwide, expanded into the Houston market with space at 10370 Richmond Avenue in the Westchase submarket. Jeffrey Peltier, a Senior Advisor with Cresa Houston, represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Rose Herbst of Granite Properties.

ECL International Inc. has signed a lease renewal at 14811 St. Mary’s Lane in the Energy Corridor. ECL provides turnkey engineering services to both contractors for design/construct projects and to operators for fast track projects and marginal field developments. Steven Heal, a Vice President with Cresa Houston represented the tenant and Michele Ellis-Felder with Transwestern represented the property owner.

The Daniel Law Firm, which specializes in personal injury litigation, leased space at 1770 St. James Place in the Galleria/Uptown submarket. The firm relocated from 811 Dallas Street in the CBD. Taylor Weaver, an Advisor with Cresa Houston, represented the tenant and the property owner was represented by Sam Hansen from NAI Houston.
